~ New Year Longevity Qi Gong~

9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (half-day option 9:00 a.m.- 12:00)

For the start of the new year, Day of Qi Gong will focus on Longevity.
January's class will include:
Dragon Power
Eight and Half Lock
Qi Gong 360 Shakes, squeeze, push

Longevity in traditional Chinese, refers to a long lifespan as well as a high quality of life/health.

Class is suitable for beginners through advanced students. Reasonable fitness required.

Regular inclusions:
• Tuina treatment for each participant
• Chain standing group massage
• Tai chi qi gong

Each session is different, but may include:
• Cat walking, crab walking, elephant walk
• Animal Qi Gong (tiger, deer, bear, monkey, crane)

May include:
1. The Still Form of sitting Qigong meditation
2. Taiji Qigong 18 form - movements for strength and flexibility
3. Eight Pieces of Brocade - slow stretch and open meridians
4. Bone Marrow Cleansing - help prevent injury and osteoporosis
5. Transforming Muscles and Tendons - resistance training to improve health of tendons, muscles and fascia
6. Coiling Silk - for relaxation, fluidity and grace

Master Xiao's qi gong training includes exercises that assist with vitality,
energy, relaxation, and restful sleep. It is a day that will leave you with a renewed
feeling of health and vigor.

To attend, show up at 9:00 am. Entrance is at blue north side door, then upstairs.

Fresh fruits provided for easy lunch digestion. Master Xiao's freshly brewed,
very delicious, healing "Fall Longevity Tea" will also be served generously
during breaks (each student may also fill their own "to go bottle" to take home).
Wear comfortable clothing and socks.

Full day $75. Half-day option $50.
